What you can't expect from us?

• Corporateness is not our virtue, rather than writing long procedures we communicate over coffee or a cold drink - we are a flat organization where results are what counts, not the job title.
• Laziness is something that is out of the question, we don't run out of work in this dynamic industry - we have to turn at least as fast as our IWM.
• A list of extensive literature as part of the onboarding - we firmly believe in learning by doing, with the help of your assigned mentor you will start working on real projects ASAP.
• Unfortunately, we do not have official and boring gatherings, we prefer to go rafting, curling, play some paintball or go to a cooking course.
