Project manager

We aim to strengthen our team with a motivated individual to take on the role of a project manager in a dynamic environment. 

As a project manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that each project runs smoothly within established frameworks and will oversee continuous coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Requirements:

• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility,
• Allocate and manage resources effectively, creating and overseeing detailed project plans for monitoring progress,
• Adapt to changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques,
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals,
• Monitor and assess project performance, reporting to management and escalating issues as necessary,
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, minimizing project risks through effective risk management,
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, delegate tasks, analyse goal completion, and ensure adherence to budgets and constraints.

General requirements (loose) and personality traits of desired candidate:

• Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, production and process engineering)
• At least 5 - 10 years of working experience in the field of experience in the field of automotive
• Proactive and goal-oriented approach – you will be expected to propose and implement creative ideas for improvements
• Active knowledge of English (spoken & written, B2 level or better)
  (We also love if you know some words in German)
• A strong desire to learn, grow and challenge yourself and us!!
• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Project)
• Experience with PM software (Jama, ERP)

Bonus requirements

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• MSc is a plus, PhD’s are welcome
